Come one, come all!!!

Hi! My name is Melissa and I am a BIG girl! So what have I decided to do about this BIG problem? I have decided to become PALEO!

It is three months later, I am down a few pounds and inspired by some great paleo blogs out there. While I am inspired by some blogs, I find little support in my struggle to change my life for the better. As I always tell my friends when they have a problem, "Be part of the solution! Everyone knows what the problem so quit bitching and move on!"

Kermit once said, "It isn't easy being green!" Well folks, neither is being Paleo!
