Check out "Theory to Practice"!!

In the great world wide web there are plenty of things I have found about the Paleo diet and evolutionary fitness. I for one sometimes have a hard time sifting through everything to read. Much of the stuff becomes redundant and my search for further information ends.

Thus why: I love blogs. This is my first ever blog I have personally written, but I am an avid reader of at least 6 Paleo blogs, and a wide variety of crafting blogs. Plus I scan Etsy NON STOP! Love it!

One of my all time favorite blogs to read is Theory to Practice. My support staff does not always come through but Keith from Theory to Practice does! His blog offers many support tips for staying Paleo as well as delving into issues regarding evolutionary fitness and the Paleo diet.
I do not begin to understand any part of his workout notes, but find true gems in the posts he makes about his approach to the lifestyle.

His most recent post 23 Oct 08 has hit home the most. In this post he pretty much sums up much of what I have been feeling as late by living a Paleo lifestyle. While I am still determined that this is the best step for me, I am glad to know I am not the only one feeling these things.
Keith does a great job at pointing these issues out and giving insight on how he deals with them. I for one am with him on the avoidance issue! I have specifically book marked this post of his and will DEFINITELY refer back to when I need a boost! Keith just does that for me!

Even though my real-life support staff does not always do their jobs I am glad to have the blogging community to keep me afloat.

Thanks Keith for keeping my spirits up! And hopefully someday I will have a great blog like Theory to Practice!

Thanks for the shout-out,Melissa!

And really, the Paleo-nation should look to YOU for inspiration. I mean, anyone who can rise above being a born and bred cornHUSKER, AND reside smack-dab in the middle of the corn belt deserves our highest and loudest of Paleo-nation kudos. Good job, Melissa -- keep up the good work.
